Now the snow is melting, and things are going back to a semblance of normality, don't forget that there is still salt on the pavements. If you are walking with your dog for any distance, remember to wipe all the moisture off their paws when you get home! Our dog was really feeling it the other night after going down the Rise, and I've seen nasty photos of sore pads etc from the grit/salt.
